What clothing should I send?

Send enough suitable material for the product ordered. Requirements vary by design and fabric, so contact Laura before ordering if you are unsure. Only send clothing you are comfortable having cut and permanently altered.

Turnaround & delivery

The current estimated turnaround is approximately 6–10 weeks from the date Laura receives your clothing. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date. Completed UK orders include free tracked UK delivery; inbound clothing postage is paid by you.

Appearance & variations

Because Laura works with customer-supplied fabric, small variations are natural. Fabric type, pattern placement, wear, marks, age, stretching and existing damage can all affect the finished item.

Cancellations & your rights

Personalised-goods cancellation rules apply, but this does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Read returns and cancellations.
