Spent ages looking online for memory bears to be made out of my dads favourite jumpers but couldn’t seem to find ones with faces I liked. I eventually found Laura’s page on Facebook and so glad I did. Easy booking, smooth transaction, great communication and we were local so we were able to drop off my dad’s jumpers straight to Laura. I ordered 2 pups and a bear and they were dropped off by Laura yesterday and I am beyond happy with them, they are adorable and beautifully made. I am so happy with them and can’t recommend Laura enough x

Laura made the most beautiful and wonderful bear for my cousin's son who at 9 years old lost his dad.

My daughter chose Paws the Pup to have made with some T-shirts that belonged to her grandad who we lost recently.
Laura answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly before we ordered. From sending our fabric to having Paws made and sent back to us was less than 3 weeks. This was a lovely surprise as we understood the time needed to make these bears. Our fabric was treated with respect and care and Paws is a lovely comfort to be cuddled and treasured by our daughter. Laura made 5 bears for me after my Grandad passed away at the ripe old age of 101! They are all absolutely perfect, and exceeded any expection I had, she has used a different feature from the original clothing to make each bear unique. Customer service was impeccable after an issue with Royal Mail, spending over an hour on hold and even offering to hand deliver the bears to my house. From now on, Laura will be the only person I trust with any important sentimental projects.
