How it works
Delivery and Turnaround
Every Memory Bears by Laura keepsake is individually made by hand.
Current turnaround
Our current estimated turnaround is approximately 6–10 weeks from the date your clothing is received.
The turnaround does not start on the day you place your online order.
It begins when the clothing required to make your keepsake has safely arrived with us.
Sending your clothing
After payment, your confirmation email will include:
- your order number;
- clothing-packing guidance; and
- instructions explaining where to send your clothing.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending clothing to us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, particularly when sending sentimental or irreplaceable clothing.
We will notify you when your clothing has been received.
If there is a problem with your clothing
If there is not enough suitable material, or a fabric creates a problem that prevents us from making the keepsake as requested, we will contact you before continuing.
Handmade production
Once your clothing has arrived, your order moves through our handmade production process.
Where available, customers can view progress through My Orders and we will contact them at important stages of the order.
UK delivery
Tracked UK delivery of the finished keepsake is included in the product price unless we clearly state otherwise before checkout.
This is separate from the cost of sending your clothing to Memory Bears by Laura.
Dispatch
When your keepsake has been completed and dispatched, we will send tracking information where available.
Specific dates
Our turnaround is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If you need an order for a birthday, anniversary, Christmas or another specific occasion, please contact Laura before ordering.
