From the date Laura receives your clothing—not the date you submit the order. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date.
Who pays for postage?
You pay to post your clothing to Laura. Completed UK orders include free tracked delivery back to you.
What if I’m unsure about my fabric?
Contact Laura before ordering. The finished appearance depends on the fabric, pattern placement, age, wear and any existing marks or damage.
Can each keepsake have different instructions?
Yes. You can add clothing notes and optional details for each keepsake in your basket.
