Memory Bears By Laura creates handcrafted keepsake bears using clothing and materials supplied by customers.

2. Handmade Custom Products

Each bear is handmade to order and created using customer-supplied clothing. Because every item is custom made, each finished bear will be unique.

Once your clothing has been cut, it cannot be returned to its original condition.

3. Customer-Supplied Clothing

You are responsible for ensuring that any clothing sent to us is clean, dry, suitable for use, and that you have permission to use it.

We are not responsible for damage caused by weak, aged, delicate, stained, or unsuitable fabrics.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our website. Payment is taken securely at checkout before your order is confirmed.

5. Production Times

Production times are estimates only. As each item is handmade, times may vary depending on order volume and the complexity of the work.

6. Delivery

You are responsible for safely sending your clothing to us. We recommend using tracked delivery.

Finished bears will be returned using a delivery method selected by us or shown at checkout.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once your clothing has been cut or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for sentimental loss, indirect loss, delays outside our control, or damage caused by unsuitable materials supplied by the customer.
